In an incredible 12-round Heavyweight war in the Kingdom Arena, Oleksandr Usyk would be victorious and becomes the undisputed World Heavyweight Champion after defeating Tyson Fury by split decision (115-112, 114-113, 113-114). The Ukrainian shocked all the viewers when he rocked the Gypsy King in the ninth round with Fury stumbling around the ring who would then be forced a standing count. The question which many fighting fans are asking now is what to expect after the incredible battle in Riyadh.

Both Fury and Uysk signed a two-fight contract which allows a rematch clause to be taken for a both fighters, regardless of the outcome in the first fight. Both men are looking to fight again in October as Fury is wanting to avenge his first loss in professional boxing as Fury and Usyk were undefeated before their historic bout.

The Manchester-born boxer did not agree with the result as he believed he had won the fight despite recognising that he did bring an entertaining battle for the fans.

"I believe I won that fight. I believe he won a few rounds but I won the majority of them." Fury said.

"We both put on a good fight, the best we could do. His country is at war, so people are siding with the country at war." Fury added.

Usyk is the first boxer to become and undisputed Heavyweight champion since 1999, when Lennox Lewis defeated Evander Holyfield to become the undisputed King of the Heavyweights.

Anthony Joshua was in attendance at the Kingdom Arena, alongside his promoter, Eddie Hearn, and popular professional Footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo, as he awaits on what could be his next challenge in the future.

Joshua has fought Uysk twice and lost both times by decision but has still yet to face the Gypsy King. Many believe that Joshua will face the winner of the second bout, depending if a trilogy fight will be in talks for Fury vs Uysk.

With the Simferopol-born fighter winning the undisputed battle, the war is not over with Fury as they will look to compete against each other again despite a date not being confirmed as of yet.

Did you believe Oleksandr Usyk won the fight? When do you think the rematch will take place?
