Daniel Dubois Earns The Biggest Win Of His Career, But What's Next?

Dubois put on an incredible performance in front of 96,000 spectators as fans laid witness to the IBF World Heavyweight Champion knock down Joshua in rounds one, three and four, before a wild right hand would keep the former unified Heavyweight Champion down for good and end the fight.

For both Dynamite and AJ, there is a lot of confusion as to who they will fight next after such a shocking result.

The London-born fighter could potentially face the winner of Oleksandr Usyk vs Tyson Fury II now that he has retained his world title. Dubois previously fought Usyk last year in Poland, suffering a ninth-round knockout loss to the Ukrainian.

Since then, Triple D has been on an impressive run with TKO wins over Jarrell Miller and Filip Hrgovic in Saudi Arabia, before his monumental win at Wembley.

Joshua was previously on a four-fight winning streak after his two title losses to Usyk. There have been numerous times that AJ would fight Tyson Fury in what would be the most anticipating British Boxing match, but something has always seemed to stop that Heavyweight clash.

If Fury loses against Usyk in the rematch, it is possible that the Watford-born boxer could finally set his sights on the Gypsy King and give the British fans what they really want.

Despite a surprising knockout loss to Dubois, Joshua still has a rematch clause he can activate and he may well just use it to avenge another loss in his career.

Heavyweight Boxing keeps on giving the most unpredictable matchups with some sensational endings, and if Dubois and Joshua do meet again, it will certainly be more anticipating than the first.
