After a two-week break, the APEX makes its return to hosting another fight night with plenty of thrilling action. The Main Event sees a Women's Flyweight bout between the #4 contender, Erin Blanchfield, and the #5 contender, Maycee Barber, with the winner possibly getting the next title shot. Here is everything you need to know before UFC Vegas 107 begins.

Blanchfield got back to winning ways in her last battle after she defeated Rose Namajunas by unanimous decision at UFC Edmonton, redeeming her first loss with the organisation.

Cold Blooded has proven that she is a top contender in the 125-pound division, especially after defeating the likes of Jessica Andrade and Talia Santos.

While often going the distance, the New York fighter has pulled off some stoppage wins, earning two KO/TKO victories and four submissions.

The #4 contender has chance to start her third winning streak in MMA as a victory will put her in strong title contention for the UFC Women's Flyweight throne.

 

Barber stands on a six-fight winning streak after claiming an unanimous decision win against Katlyn Cerminara in her last bout, pushing her to the top five of the division.

The Future always aims to face tough competition, especially when she has previously fought the likes of Amanda Ribas, Jesscia Eye and Alexa Grasso.

The Colorado-born mixed martial artist has stopped eight of her 14 conquered opponents with six KO/TKO wins and two submissions.

The #5 contender has continued to rise in the Flyweight division and with a win at the APEX, she will be a strong contender to possibly face Valentina Shevchenko for the title next.

Mateusz Gamrot vs Ludovit Klein - Gamrot's three fight triumphant streak was snapped in his last fight when he suffered a split decision loss to Dan Hooker at UFC 305. The Pole has earned 13 stoppage wins in his MMA career with eight KO/TKO wins and five submissions. The #7 Lightweight contender is looking to claim redemption while maintain his spot in the rankings.

Klein is currently on a seven-fight unbeaten streak after an unanimous decision win against Roosevelt Roberts at UFC Paris. Mr. Highlight has 17 finishes in MMA which consists of nine KO/TKO victories and eight submissions. The Slovakian has a prime opportunity to enter the Lightweight rankings and really stand out in the division, if he is victorious at the APEX.

 

Billy Ray Goff vs Ramiz Brahimaj - Goff's seven-fight winning streak came to an end in his last bout after losing by unanimous decision to Trey Walters at UFC St Louis. The 26-year-old can be a deadly knockout artist with seven of his nine career wins ending by KO/TKO. The American Welterweight is on the search for redemption as he plans to get back in the win column in style.

Brahimaj claimed redemption at UFC 309 after earning a first-round knockout win over Mickey Gall at UFC 309. The Bronx-born fighter has a 100% finish rate in MMA with 10 KO/TKO victories and one submission. Brahimaj is currently 3-3 in the UFC, but he will look to change that and make it a positive record.

 

Dustin Jacoby vs Bruno Lopes - Jacoby earned a vital win in his last bout, knocking out Vitor Petrino in round three at UFC Tampa to earn redemption. The Hanyak is a dangerous fighter on the feet with 13 of his 20 triumphs ending by KO/TKO. The former Light Heavyweight contender is aiming to rise back where he originally was in the division.

Lopes made his UFC debut in his last fight and ended up victorious after an unanimous decision win against Magomed Gadzhiyasulov at UFC Vegas 101. Brunao has stopped 11 of his 14 conquered opponents in MMA with six ending by KO/TKO and five by submission. The Brazilian has already made a good first impression, but he can now make a big statement if he defeats a former contender of the division.
